Building on a highly successful career as one of the UK’s leading CIO’s Myron now specialises in driving business and digital change at pace.
Recent assignments include ERP programme turnaround and programme director support, digital transformation of a multi-national IT services organisation, building and delivering an innovation start-up accelerator programme for a large corporate to drive change.
In addition Myron advices and supports the UK Cabinet Office managing and developing the strategic relationship with two global technology providers to the UK Government.
Myron is also a NED on the boards of a Midlands building society and a large Housing Association.
Prior to this Myron was the Group CIO at Severn Trent PLC – a FTSE 100 business a role he held for over 7 years. Heading up a large IT unit of over 400 people with a combined capital and operating budget of over £65m p.a. Myron both transformed the IT capability and was the Executive sponsor for the company’s £100m business transformation programme delivering people, process and technology change. This included mobility, cloud, ERP and virtualisation deployments radically changing processes and improving performance. Myron also focused on developing the company’s digital strategy, creating and delivering the digital vision.
Prior to joining Severn Trent Myron held CIO and senior IT posts for major organisations across a diverse range of business sectors, Financial Services, Publishing, Automotive and Logistics/Supply Chain. He has delivered strategic IT and business transformation programmes, re-structured corporate IT units and deployed high performance IT practices.
In addition to his CIO role Myron was also the CPO at Severn Trent tasked with developing a word class procurement capability. While in this role he was elected on to the Midlands CBI Council.
EducationMyron gained an MBA, with honours in 2003 at Birmingham University and is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society. He was voted by his peers in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 as one of the top 20 CIO’s in the UK for his impact on business transformation – workforce mobility, customer digital experience and business process change.
