Digital skills have become essential for every organisation. With remote and hybrid working now the norm, getting the organisational view of how people are doing has only become more difficult. Where do we have skills and learning gaps? How far along are people on their learning journeys?
Sarah Keast is responsible for tackling this challenge at HMRC, leading their CDIO University for four thousand IT, project delivery and operational professionals. Sarah will share her insights on this month’s community edition Digital Boardroom. In an open discussion we will explore
- how to manage the different skill level requirements within the organisation
- what learning tools and platforms are available – are they any good?
- what could be barriers to learning and how to overcome them
