Tech talent shortages are slowing down transformation projects and the roll-out of new products and services. Many companies are struggling to keep up with the changes that their industry requires.
Enlisting external resources, whether they are offshore developers or digital nomad contingent workers, can be a solution, but has often been a blunt tool. A disconnect between in-house and offshore teams can make it difficult to manage progress and work in a modern iterative way integrated with the business.
With the experience gained in managing remote and hybrid work in the last two years, there is an opportunity to make much more successful use of offshore development.
Join us on this Digital Boardroom to discuss how we could:
- build integrated offshore and onshore teams and establish effective communication
- integrate external resources into Agile or DevOps ways of working
- accelerate transformation and scale growth with offshore development
